Aanisah completed her BSc Healthcare Science (Audiology) degree at the University of Manchester. After this, she went on to gain experience in both the NHS and private sectors. Aanisah feels her career is rewarding and fulfilling, where she can positively impact a person’s life by improving their hearing. She is also trained and qualified in micro-suction wax removal. Aanisah prides herself on being able to understand her patients specific needs to formulate effective treatment plans and provide the right care.
Outside of work, Aanisah enjoys shopping, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Sophie started work in Optics at 17 before making the switch to audiology and qualified as a Hearing Care Assistant in 2023. Sophie loves getting to know her patients and seeing the difference hearing aids can make to their lives. She is also qualified in micro-suction wax removal. Sophie takes time to listen to her patients’ individual needs and always aims to offer the very best in clinical hearing healthcare.
Outside of work, Sophie has 3 children who take up most of her time! She enjoys getting out for walks and also makes custom cakes!
